Chiara is looking for: A Rental Property / Apartment / Studio in Delft

My name is Chiara Brodtkorb, and I am an Industrial Engineering student from Argentina.

Together with two close friends, I will be going to the Netherlands for an exchange semester at TU Delft, and we are currently looking for a place where we can live together during this exciting experience.

We are three university students, aged 21–22, who know each other well and have decided to share this experience abroad. We will be studying at TU Delft during the spring semester of 2027 and are hoping to find accommodation from approximately the beginning of February until July.

For us, finding a home is not only about having a place to stay. We are looking for a comfortable and welcoming place that we can take care of and truly feel at home in while experiencing life in the Netherlands. We are clean, responsible, respectful and easygoing, and we would be considerate of both the property and the people around us.

We are non-smokers, have no pets and do not play musical instruments. We also understand the importance of respecting the rules and conditions of the accommodation and would be happy to provide any documentation required. Two of us hold European citizenship (Spanish and British), and we can provide our TU Delft acceptance letters, identification and proof of financial support.

As we are currently living in Argentina, we will unfortunately not be able to attend viewings in person before arriving in the Netherlands. However, we would be very happy to arrange a virtual viewing whenever possible and are flexible regarding the timing.

We are very excited about the opportunity to study at TU Delft and experience living in the Netherlands, and we would greatly appreciate your help in finding a suitable home for the three of us. We are open to different accommodation options and locations, as long as they are suitable for three people and have a reasonable commute to TU Delft.
