Hello!!
This is Likhitha, PhD student in TU Delft. I have been in the Nederlands for over 3 years now. I am contacting you as I am very intersted in taking up the offer and cannot believe such a nice is place is available in the center of Delft. I am currently living a student house with 6 other people and would like to move out of the house. There are multiple reasons for this: first, as there are many students in the current house, it becomes really messy. I like to keep my place clean and organised, and hence I would like to move to a new place. Second, as a PhD, I would like to have a place of my own to concentrate better. Also, the house is in the city center, helps me to be connected to Delft, my friends and restaurants. I am also a minimalist, so I donot have a lot of things and I am sure to keep this place clutter-free. Hope this information is enough to get a viewing so you can know more about me.
